I have enabled HIPS as Paranoid mode, when want restart pc is monitor green in write restart and nothing. Which process need set as system or allow to restart pc?
Avoid use hips in mode paranoid, this can block start and terminate processes and your system not running…
Only if you are very certain that your system is clean (after a clean Windows install for example) it is advised to use HIPS “Training Mode” first for some time (days) to let HIPS create all system rules. After that you can switch to HIPS “Paranoid Mode” and tweak the created HIPS rules or add new HIPS rules to you own like.
