We didn’t change anything that I’m aware of. Users are no longer receiving quarantine notification emails.
I looked on my account, report subscriptions says it will deliver tomorrow at 4AM and the report length is “Next report for 12 day(s) from last run (2016-04-02 04:00)”
I didn’t set any of this, is it a new “feature”?

As mentioned, until today ASG had some problems in delivering reports.
As ASG processed more messages, some stability issues occurred preventing the delivery of the reports.
Today, Comodo Antispam Gateway version 2.9.5 was released. This version has no new features but includes bug fixes and stability improvements.
We reworked on our infrastructure and codebase to make ASG much more fast and stable.
All customers who did not receive previous reports should receive them soon.
