no HD's show in AV exclusions settings

I was able to imply answers to the questions you missed. Please check them to ensure they are correct.

I have similar system software but was unable to replicate the problem, so my guess, based on the amount of security software you are runningis that this is a conflct with another security program.

I would try the approaches listed in this FAQ Making other security programs work with CIS.

As Eric has recommended this be reported I’ll transfer you to format verified for the moment, and move it again to resolved if you manage to resolve it using the techniques in the FAQ
