Hi, I do not see the “HackerGuardian” department anymore when I try submitting a ticket

Am I supposed to use a different department name?
Also, the reason I’m trying to make a ticket is because I never received a reply on ticket QYE-368-97657 . I think it got lost in the queue or something. If a support tech could update that ticket it would be much appreciated.
