No drive letter for mounting backup file

Hello,

I am using Comodo Backup (Personal / free edition). After doing a backup and an incremental backup I wanted to browse the backup. Whenever I mount a backup-file the dropdown box for assignment of a drive letter is empty. Thus I can’t mount a backup.

Is this a common problem? How can I solve it?

There is a bad feeling for future use of this software then. I think I gonna switch to another backup software :frowning:

You do not have to particular error message in your log backups?
How did you create your backups work?
Comodo Backup is no longer supported and updated.
