New WLAN-PCI-Adapter

Hi there!
I installed today a new WLAN-PCI-Adapter due to 802.11-n. Well, I have some issues that my connection breaks down once or twice an hour, a signal could also be better. I read somewhere that ZoneAlarm had some issues with this adapter, how about COMODO?

The adapter ist TP-LINK TL-WN851ND

Thank you for your help!

p.s. I don’t know if this is a correct part of the forum to post this topic.

Not to my knowledge.

You are also saying that signal could be stronger. Please check out the Wireless Basics from Smallnetbuilder for ideas.

Disconnects can also be caused by problems with overlapping signals from neighbour’s wireless access points. You can use inSSIDer to analyse the signals in your neighboorhood. Depending on that you may want to choose to change the channel of your access point.
