I was going to update to the newest version of the firewall, but the title indicates that it’s for Windows XP sp2. I have XP sp3 installed on my system.
Will there be any problems due to this?

I believe it means you must at least have sp2. You should be fine with sp3.
You shouldn’t experience any issues with installing with SP3. I will recommend however that if you are running an older version of CFP that you download the latest CIS first:

Then uninstall CFP, then install CIS and reboot.
