New firewall option [Allow trustedcloud whitelist while blocking unknown]

COMODO has a very large whitelist of safe application. I would like to suggest an option to BLOCK unknown programs in making an outbound connection. NOTE: This would still run the application, only the network request is block. With this, the Firewall would be 100% silent.

  1. You do not need the firewall for doing this one.

  2. You can enable the protected files.
