New error in Windows Event log.

In the last few days I’ve been getting the following error message in my Event log:

  • System
    • Provider
      [ Name] cmdagent
    • EventID 1

      [ SystemTime] 2015-04-03T18:10:38.000000000Z

    Too long process chain: pid=3400 m_dwParentPid == 784

The task category (not shown above) is cisVScopeMonitor.
I’m seeing above 60 occurrences in the last 15 minutes (system startup) and similar during previous system startups within the last 3 days.
Any ideas?

I’ve got exactly the same. Windows 10 machine.
Logging every two to three minutes.
Too long process chain: pid=3064 m_dwParentPid == 724
