New CIS Complete user unable to access TrustConnect

I am trying to get TrustConnect to work on two different computers with no success. I have Comodo Internet Security Complete installed on both and I have the Trust Connect software installed, as well. I have verified my service name and password and changed it to ensure that I was able to do so, but still no success.

What is the best way to have this checked?
