My ccloud account has apparently expired but I did not recieve an email about it. I really need to retrieve my files :-\

I sent him an email on the 21st December but I haven’t recieved a reply.

He has been on the forum since then, last was Feb. 9th.
Odd that he has not offered to help or provide a resolution.
