Need to lock screen size.

Hi all. Just installed CID on my tablet. Dell Venue 8, 2Gig memory, running Windows 10. It looks good but for one thing. Settings is showing screen size at 100%. I need to reduce that to 67% and lock it in. Everytime I go to a different web page, screen size defaults to 100%. Any way to “lock” it at 67% ?
Thanks for any help.

P.S. I’m also using the latest Firefox. (trying to decide which browser I like better)
I have no problem with this being locked at 67%. Don’t know what the difference is.

I have been trying to find the about config entry to control this, but I have failed to do so.
The following add-on will lock your zoom level for all sites and tabs.
