Need to know process for importing certificates

Hi,
One of the certificates “ ADD Trust External CA root “ is now being changed to” COMODO RSA Certificate Authority”

We do not have internet access on our AWS servers. Hence, we need to know the procedure for importing this COMODO RSA Certificate manually on all our AWS servers.
Also, need to know the impact of this COMODO certificate
Could someone please guide us regarding the same?
