Need to allow local traffic in applications only!

Hello every1,

I have comodo firewall free 5.12, and I need to allow local traffic(for my machine only) in some programs for TCP port, but I don’t want to allow internet access. How is that possible in settings? Thank you for your help

Traffic from your computer to where? Another computer? If so is it on the same network as yours?
