New update : it wont let me connect to my internet unless the firewall is disabled with vzacess manager with it disabled it connects but if enabled it assigns me a 169standard ip adress because its timeing out on my connection and its makeing it connect with a windows default ip address
There is an acknowledged issue with ARP cache protection.
Temporarily disable it until it is fixed; a fix is in the making. Automatic updates are suspended until Monday.
