Hello,
This is the problem:

My network control rules:

The only thing I’ve changed there was opening up a port for my bit torrent client,
And trying to solve this problem I added the rule:
ALLOW ICMP OUT FROM IP ANY TO IP ANY WHERE ICMP MESSAGE IS ANY.
I’m getting all of these messages even my when bittorrent is off and I am not even downloading/uploading anything so I have no idea what’s happening.
I am using Comodo Firewall v 2.4.18.184.
Thanks for any help.

Anyone?
If I can’t solve this I’m gonna have to uninstall Comodo Firewall and I really don’t want to

Sorry no one has answered your calls on this, Bloopie :-[.
I also notice lots of blocked inbound connections after I exit uTorrent, but it only lasts a short while. How long do they last for you? Regardless, these mean that CFP is protecting you from incoming connection attempts, usually unwanted ones.
When cpf.exe uses a lot of cpu it usually means a logging issue: https://forums.comodo.com/index.php/topic,6573.0.html
