Unusual question. I access the city’s Free Wifi in different parts of the city. In some parts it works fast. Very normal. In other parts of the city, when I connect to certain routers, it will connect but the surfing is at a CRAWL! Virtually unusable. Certain routers are seemingly set to be SUPER Slow. I set my wireless utility (Zydas) to match the routers output (11mbps) and it still will only Crawl.
Does anyone know a Trick or Tip I could use to Force more speed from these lethargic routers?
A setting I could change? Anything?! I eagerly await your response.
