I’m a user who is new to Comodo Backup, but so far I’m enjoying the product. One thing I do would like to add to the wishlist, however, is a multithreaded compression engine. The backup process seems to be fully utilizing just a single core when maximum compression is enabled. While I won’t suffer from an initial backup taking five or six hours to complete, it would be nice to see it take full advantage of my system’s hardware. While for me it would really add some shine, for users with volumes larger than mine it could really make the difference between a protracted and a short backup session.
