I hear that CFP 3 will have HIPS, but i use Spyware Terminator that also has real-time HIPS (although that function can be disabled). Will these conflict?

Once CFP 3 is out, I doubt ST will be needed. Most of the time it is a bad idea to run more than one HIPS, especially if they work on low level systems. If you want confirmation you can also try them out both out, but it’s not recommended.
I second this. HIPS becomes unstable and unpredictable. Errors or crashes.
