mousewheel scroll does not work

when I zoom out, it works, but when I try to zoom back to normal, it doesn’t, it stays zoomed out

The issue did not reproduce when tested.
Have you checked with a different browser?
The issue might also be generated by an incompatibility with the mouse driver.
Please update the thread with any information you find once you have tested.

Does the problem persist when disable the extensions and plugins?
