In the account settings of my profile I have “hide my e-mail address” checked, but if I click “my profile” my e-mail address is listed, and there’s an envelope icon to my email in the forum topic page. How can I hide my e-mail address and delete the envelope icon? ???
Don’t worry, if you set your email to invisible then only you can see that little envelope. The rest of the world cannot see the envelope. Logout & try it.
Admins & Mods can always see your email address, despite this setting.
