"Missing Windows Component" message after closing CBU 3

Hi:
Just downloaded, installed, and began testing the new CBU Ver 3. After closing the program, the attached Windows screen appeared with respect to a missing component. I had previously opened and closed the program several times over the past few hours. I only received the attached message once. Is this simply a fluke and not to be concerned?

You shouldn’t be concerned.
Probably the web-page in Online Backup TAB → Account Settings didn’t load properly.
