Domain brendawurtz.com has messages stuck in the Incoming delivery queue since yesterday. I have tried to force delivery but it does not work. I also opened a support ticket(SPD-632421) but I’m very disappointed in the results. As of now, the delivery queue has 238 messages that I hope will not be lost.
Since support has been less than stellar in handling this, I’m hoping someone here will find a way to help.

As the support desk have advised, the issue has been escalated to the mail server maintainers as the support desk do not have access to the actual filtering or database engines.
Your request is in progress with our team who can connect directly to the destination mailserver, it would thus seem that either there is something wrong with some of the emails causing a blockage or there is something wrong with the recipient server.
Please could you advise me of an email address I can use to send a test email.

Yes, this turned out to be our problem :embarassed:. Too bad that the Comodo control panel did not give a reason for the failures.
