I just downloaded a utility for memory testing. When i double-clicked the file BoCloean detects it as a trojan. I find it unlikely that this is a trojan, but a false positive. Still i don’t know about this enough to be sure. Maybe you could check it out? It’s availabe at this site:

Any time you have a file you suspect is a false positive we encourage you to send it in per the CBO forum FAQ.

You may want to specify in the subject line “False Positive?” for clarity’s sake.
As usual, zip and password protect with “infected” including that information in the body.
Another good resource to check the status of a questionable file is VirusTotal.
You can upload files there for scanning from 32 different antivirus engines.
