Edit: I know CMF is now part of CIS.
Make it an independent internal module that D+,Firewall and AV can rely on. I don’t use the AV so I want to avoid installing the standalone version of CMF, mainly since its development has been stopped.
Please, I really need this.

PS If this is the way it, is please someone say so. I know is part of AV so supposedly if I don’t install the AV, CMF will not be installed but it looks like it is because when I have the problem with the .NET file ‘cvtres.exe’ if I added to CMF the problem got solved or when I removed from CMF and added to D+ (running both at the same time). Can someone give a clear explanation on this please? Thank you in advance.
