Manual update of version 5.5: "System cannot find the file specified"

I have Comodo version 5.5.195786.1383 running on Windows 7, 64 bit, service pack 1. When I try to update manually, I receive the following message:
“The system cannot find the file specified.”

I have always updated manually and never before received this message.

How do I fix?
