On other forum it was said that attached file was detected as malware with Windows Defender but for me WD didn’t say anything nor did CIS AV. Malwarebytes scanner identified it as some generic malware so curious if 2 are wrong and 1 is right or vice versa.

Why not check it with virustotal?
