could you give us more info? could you give us the md5/sha1/sha256 so that we can look at it. if you don’t know that upload it on virustotal.

Well, it’s marked as suspicious, so whether it’s malware or not depends on the file detected. Hard to tell without some information about the file. CAMAS might be a good way to find out what the file is.

Isn't that a F-secure signature ???

There’s no possible way without having a file to examine, so this is what I recommend

Whatever file got flagged, get a second opinion at www.virustotal.com
OR
ask at F-secure Anti-Virus company, if F-secure flagged it
Or
Upload it to CAMAS in comodo

Sometimes everybody have poor/bad day.

cis.fan I didn’t see any harm in what jay2007tech in this case and I am sorry if you felt badly treated. Could you kindly PM me what exactly disturbs you.

As I have to an other member in a forums is important to “see” which people fits you.

Cloud you PM me the link so that can look this file up and then later publish the necessary info so that all member can look at it.

Maybe I did exaggerate and maybe jay2007tech did not have intention to disturb me but as I have spoken before - sometimes I get impression that some of Comodo community could be more indulgent.
Do I have to tell this again and again that I really want to cooperate here and if I did something wrong - it was not on purpose. Please , let closed this because it is enough … !ot!

disturb? I see that advice of his as guidelines. I think saying “I really want to cooperate” once is enough. Could you give me a link where I can download this suspicious file?

Trojan.Silly.Runit is another name for this Suspicious:W32/Malware!Gemin. I am trying to get some more info. I might be wrong but what I have got so far. I have asked cisfan to tell me the name of file if he has the opportunity to check it.

I did test in Virustotal and only one AV of 43 or 42 found this file malicious … What a hack? :-[

When 42 out of 43 scanners think it is malware you can safely assume it is.

Thank You kindly for info about that matter but maybe I have expressed poorly my self.
I try to say that only one (1) out of 42/43 scanners in virustotal found something. But Valentin N helped me in my requirement , so if some Mod want to closed this topic - it is really ok.

There was nothing wrong with your post, Were more then happy to point you in the right direction from the past, present and coming up the future. Don’t think anything about it, I do this all the time was well as everybody else here :slight_smile:
