malware installs ?

Hi there,
just updated several programs at once and got a CPM message saying malware was trying to install,
I cant find any trace of what is was refering too and all the software i was updating seems fine…any ideas plz

sorry for the slow response,
i wasnt initially sure which download triggered the warning as i was updating several programs at once, however java was 1 of them…i have just updated java and gotten the same warning again, same thing as before - update completed and no indication of malware installing ???

I got the malware detection installing Flash player manually a few days ago on two freshly-built Win7x64 machines.
