Two malcious files i believe both are trojans was automatically downloaded to my laptop. the ativirus detected the two files but it not quarantined them and in the logs it says under action “detect” and under status “success”. I saw a previous post with a problem similar to this however none of the solutions in that post worked for me.
Can someone plz indicate to me if the malicious files were removed or if they are still on my laptop. If they are still on my laptop how do I remove.
