Hi,
Macrium uses Microsoft VSS to create snapshots for imaging. When CIS is installed snapshots cannot be created.
After uninstalling CIS creating Snapshots is possible.
Have tried it several times (install and uninstall CIS) and it´s always the same.
Is this a general problem of CIS or can I change some options to avoid the problem?

Can you show us a screenshot of the D+ logs of around the time Macrium is taking a snapshot?
Sorry but what do you mean with D+ Logs? Do you mean a screenshot of Macrium Reflect and Windows Logs?
I meant the Defense + logs of CIS.
The D+ logs can be found under:
Defense + → View Defense + Events (when on v5.x)
Tasks → View logs → and choose D+ logs (when on v6)
The D+ logs may learn us more about where the problem is. It may need some tweaking of CIS. I am not familiar with Macrium but I have never read that it would not work with CIS.

Yes, it was running!
With Avast Free or Windows Defender (Win Eight) the problem does not occur.
What do you think about that?
Do you mean that CIS was not installed when using Avast or Defender?
