Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

Yesterday my Comodo AV reported the file as a trojan downloader.I submitted the file and nothing-it was clean.Virustotal results:4/39 (10.26%)->http://www.virustotal.com/ru/analisis/c8a205347f39dd64dc66a6796378ed0b
Hmm ???Is it good or not?
