lost certificate

hi,all.
I applied for comodo personal free e-mail certificate, but the certificate and install, remove password have been forgotten. How do I get back?

Hello Yayi

Please Go To > Comodo - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software

Click “Submit a Ticket” Then Select “Certificates” then Enter the Details Required and also Select “I need a re-issue of my certificate” a

And Explain Your Issue that you need to revoke the certificate for your email address and a Comodo Staff Member will Reply within a day or two to help you out
