I have tried to download updates for the firewall five times. They run any where from 20% to 75% and stop. I get the error message 113 or 103 both saying the same thing. There is no internet connection even though I’m still connected to the internet. This has happened to many times and I don’t like not being able to keep the program updated. Its because of this reason I took Zone Alarm off my computer it was to hard getting it updated. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to eliminate this problem. I would appreciate any help given. With two security programs being harrassed when updating I think malware may be messing with your computer. Follow What to do if you’re infected - eXPerience Rev.2 and see if that helps.
