Location of BOClean database file

Hi

I am running a network with 11 clients, each of which uses a network share for the Location of BOClean database file (BOC427.XVU). The file is downloaded by the IT department and placed in the network folder. Up to recently there has been no problem, however, our client machines are reporting that BOC427.XVU is corrupted and when we check the file it reduces in size to 1.24Kb from 1.34Mb and we cannot delete this file from the network folder as it seems to be in use.

Definitely a corrupted file based on that size, and nothing in BOClean itself should be locking that file on the server. BOClean opens the file, reads it, then closes. No “share locking” in BOClean. Something else is holding that lock on it …
