Too many applications are able to comunicate without limits even when this is not really needed or opportune to have access outside local network.
3. What you wanted to happen or see:
I wanted to see in firewall default app access rules profile “Local Networks” and “This Local Network”, but there are only Browser Web, FTP, Safe App and Blocked App, a too limited set of default choices.
3. Why you think it is desirable:
Often it’s opportune to isolate to local networks, apps that require to access the local network to exchange data with other local computers, but don’t need a whole internet access to operate, to improve security and privacy.
4. Any other information:
In the current version this can be done manually but isn’t really comfortable because you have to create first custom network with local network IP ranges/local IP classes ranges, and then create custom rule to isolate access only to that custom network.
