Link to WebTrust

Hi all, (don’t know if I’m posting in the right place!) I have a site in which there is a WebTrust logo that is supposed to link to the WebTrust page [https://cert.webtrust.org/ViewSeal?id…], however, when clicking on the logo/link from my website, it comes up with “Invalid domain [xxxxx.com]: please contact your practitioner.”

I’ve tried to open the link directly from a separate browser and it works. So I’d like to ask if any of you experts could please tell me why that is and how should I fix the problem???

Out of curiousity, what did WebTrust say when you contacted them (since they are the authors of the site seal)?

Haven’t contacted them yet. Tried a few different ways but still couldn’t get into the site seal through my website. Anyone knows what the problem is?

I would strongly recommend that you contact the vendor (WebTrust). It may turn out to be something that can only be fixed from their end.
