Add a lightweight torrent client into Comodo Dragon.

Reason

For downloads that use Torrent, alongside normal downloads.

Example

Downloading a Linux ISO or LibraOffice.

Other things to consider

Other standalone torrent clients have paid versions (ie. uTorrent partnered with BitDefender), so Comodo could add file checking (like IE9).

PS: Include this in the portable version too.
