License for CIS vs. Comodo Firewall

Hi,
Comodo Firewall v5.9 & 2012 EULA on Legal Repository Agreements for Comodo Cybersecurity Solutions says:

Comodo Security Software. Comodo Internet Security (CIS) may be used royalty-free for
both commercial and personal use. CIS includes the Comodo Firewall and Antivirus
products.

Since Comodo Internet Security is a bundle of the Firewall and the Antivirus Software, my question is:
Is Comodo Firewall (without Antivirus) alone also royalty-free? I find this statement quite confusing…

Comodo Firewall without the AV can also be used royalty free.

With Comodo paid products you add for the extra functionality but never for the firewall or the suite.
