When trying to update to version 1.2.1994.34 of ESM after pointing to my License file .XLM i get an error that the license file is invalid or has expired none of which is accurate.
Any Help would be appreciated as the tech support for this products is horrible on a good day.
The problem, which you described is because licensing in CESM 1.2 was changed.
If you had free license for 5 computers, you have to choose “I do not have a valid license file” on Product activation stage. Than you have to register, and valid license file will be send you in a minute.
If you bought license for more then 5 computers, you have to write to tech support. They have to update your license file.
