Just plain broken

I cannot get the CPanel plugin to work anymore after upgrading to EasyApache4 and PHP7.

I’ve tried everything I could find here in these forums, including reinstalling the plugin.

Currently, I’m getting the following error when trying to view the Cpanel interface: “No response from subprocess (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_cwaf.cgi): The subprocess reported error number 255 when it ended.”

I’m completely at a loss. ModSecurity doesn’t seem to be working at all anymore… or at least not logging things.

Any help appreciated.

Hello,

It seems to be a problem with perl modules.

Did you check this link:
https://forums.comodo.com/free-modsecurity-rules-comodo-web-application-firewall/500-internal-server-error-t115361.0.html ?
If not, please, check and tell us if it helped you.

Hi, and thank you for responding.

I did see that thread. Just ran the command again via Putty and it asked me if I wanted to overwrite the files that were already copied to that location.

Very Best,

Corey

I should have added that it’s still broken.
