Just for fun: whay CIS in tray have "Exit" item?

Seems a lot of security and protection applications do not have shuttingdown possibility.
Is that outmoded?
Or does it shut only GUI down ?

Only shuts the GUI - cfp.exe - down.

The EXIT option actually EXITS the GUI. In case of hang or something you can EXIT the GUI and restart it again.
