I have uninstalled it 2 times. Download it 2 times.
App nor any of the other monitors oare ON. Program will not let me TURN ON the monitor options.
WHat do I need to do to get it working

What OS are you using, did you re-install using the same installation files, did you download from the Comodo site or from a mirror?
What firewall did you use in the past? What other security programs are you currently using on your machine?
