hi i install comodo 4.1.150349.920 an set password its work good then suddenly when i go to stealth port wizard and introduce my network and close windows then i can not open any windows because one error
invalid password!!!
pleaaaaaaaaaase help my pc doe not work correctly
How we can change password now !!!
Its just a an other bug

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\Your active configuration\Settings, change value 1 to 0 by pressing modify on entry PasswordEnabled.
Check whether value is 0 for PasswordEnabled entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0,1,2 or 3\Settings.

You also have to change the PasswordHash the easy and safe way I think is to copy the hash from one of the non active configurations and paste in the active one.

By changing the 1 to 0 stops the password, but the hash is still there so you have to input the password once to clear which is no use to you.

Is it possible that you wrote your password in different language, than you trying to write it now?

hi agin thanks for your guide its very useful guys i change registery and when i rest my pc i see there is no password and every setting is restart i set all they agin but there is one problem that global rules change to unknown rules i want to know that what rule is coorect what is wrong an i must to edit it or add new i upload a picture of my global rules

Your Global Rules have apparently changed to stealth mode.

If you want to return to the default mode "Alert me to incoming connections - stealth my ports on a per-case basis " go to Firewall → Common Tasks → Stealth Ports Wizard → Choose "Alert me to incoming connections - stealth my ports on a per-case basis " → Finish. Now check your Global Rules again.

I have question about predefined firewall policies (outing only) for nod32 anti virus i set outing only , should i edit this or chose other one?
In the end i wan to say that when i come to my post i see unlock security what this mean?

These are the Global Rules as they come with v4.x for both the default Internet Security and Proactive Security. Your current Global Rules were the default for the default Internet Security configuration of v3.

How were your previous Global Rules? Where did they differ from your current ones?

That depends on your needs. For example you need to edit them if you need one or more open ports for incoming traffic. For example for p2p or server applications.

Outgoing only is a good policy for updater applications.

now i do not use any other application , this rules are Quite strong and impervious?any hacker can not see my ip? hack me? or round firewall or infect me?
My means is the picture(i send it in previous post) of lock in the right and down of web page (of my browser) that show Broken lock

The Outgoing Only rule does not allow uninvited incoming traffic, CIS will keep you safe from it hackers.

Your IP address is visible on the web unless you are using an anonymous proxy.
