Issues with Citrix Workspace Opening App Websites through Comodo Firewall

Hi Comodo Community,

I hope you can help me with an issue I’ve been encountering. I’ve been using Citrix Workspace to access various app websites for my remote work, but recently, I’ve run into problems. Whenever I try to open an work app website through Citrix Workspace, I receive connection errors, such as “Unable to connect to the server” or “Connection timed out.”

I suspect that my Comodo Firewall settings might be causing these issues. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Citrix Workspace and Comodo Firewall? If so, could you please share any solutions or configurations that worked for you?

Here are some details:

  • I have a stable internet connection.
  • I’ve tried disabling the firewall temporarily, and the connection works.
  • I’m using the latest version of Citrix Workspace and Comodo Firewall.

Any insights or suggestions on how to configure Comodo Firewall to allow Citrix Workspace connections without compromising security would be greatly appreciated.
