Issue with Email notification upon completion of backup

Hello everyone,
The email notification is working fine, however the email sent date is messed up. All of the emails are stamped for January. Date and Time stamp are also incorrect, only thing correct is the year.
Please see the attached picture. The date/time stamp in the file name is correct.

Can anyone shed some light on this please.
