Can provide more info (after I get some sleep) if required.

I could not get CWAF to work inn the end what I had to do was edit modsec2.conf

LoadFile /usr/lib64/libxml2.so

I commented out the bellow to add the above

#LoadFile /opt/xml2/lib/libxml2.so

Hello.
/opt/xml2/lib/libxml2.so is path for libxml2.so for CentOS + cPanel.
I suppose, for CloudLinux this path is different as you pointed in your message.
