ISE Freezes Desktop

I installed it, rebooted PC, then it freezes my desktop. Can all of you fix that issue please?

Running CIS .6256 RC with ISE and not experiencing any issues. I also did not experience issues in .6254 build with latest ISE installed.
If you’re running Malwarebytes in real time it also may be a conflict.
And there could possibly be a conflict with the K9 Web Protection.

Would excluding ISE from MBAM solve the problem?

I put ISE in the MBAM Exclusions & it seems to be working fine now.

Whenever something goes wrong checking for incompatibility is a good starting point. Although you can try to report this issue in full detail so that Comodo can consider fixing the issue all together, so there is no need to add exclusions.
