ISE blocked it self

CIS version 12.2.2.8012 Website database 120 / Windows 10 Pro X64, ISE version latest.

I saw in the log while checking the network intrusion alert in the log that ISE has being blocked and also secure shopping. I don’t know why these components are being blocked while it want a secure connection on port 443 maybe is the IP the problem, but I found it strange that Comodo parts are blocked. Most intrusions are captured by HIPS, 96.9 % and 3.1 % by the firewall.

What is here happening, see the attachment.
