is webinspector working?

I ordered one month of service, and added a website.

manually started the scan process, but it’s still in progress of scaning, 6 hours taken.

I added my website on October 20th, then scan was started 2 days ago, but it has not ever finished.

On this page, Website Malware Scanner | Online Website Virus and Malware Scanner

It says,

Your website has not been scanned yet.

It dosen’t help anything, the scan is still processing.

I removed my website, then add it back again after a while.

but once I added it, the page shows it is scanning.

It seems that the previos scan process was hanged and is not abort,

I removed my website, then added another different domain,

but the scan is not started yet, after a few days passed.

Scanning has not started yet after 4 days, is there anyone resolving this issue?

Scan was started on 2018-10-30 and successfully finished, but it only do scan on 2018-10-30, not daily as settings.
